I have about 5 months and want to be in the best possible way when you travel. Right now I have 19 years of age, 5'6 "and weight 152 pounds. I started losing weight in June and then 160 pounds. As far fitness, I can do about 12 pullups in a row pullup bar. I want a flat stomach (never had one before and I'm dying to see it) and put a significant amount of muscle by then (not like Arnold, bowed out). Right now I have been eating around 1200-1400 calories and working as 30-35 minutes a day. I've been doing Power Plan 90. I kind of feel I should do more good (for actual results). Should I do another exercise in the evening as switching up between Tae bo and Pilates? I would even more calories if I need to get results. I have much time to kill atm and am willing to use its full potential. Thanks.
